I just wanted to send you an email about Greek interpreter who attended to a patient and completed an outstanding job. The interpreter went above and beyond his duties assisting with a patient who was so distressed he required a Code Grey. He was calm and cool during this intervention and assisted the ward staff extremely well. I know of many interpreters who would have withdrawn from the situation, however the interpreter did not. I just wanted to express our thanks from the team .
I have received positive feedback regarding Vietnamese interpreter .The member advised that the hearing was difficult because of the allegations etc made. The member also noted that it was an intense hearing. The member said that the interpreter remained at all times professional, as she always has in these difficult cases. She also worked very hard to ensure precise interpretation was given over several long hours and the member would like to commend her work. The member advised that she had worked with the interpreter on several occasions in such circumstances and she has always been very impressive.
Bosnian Interpreter presented for her first assignment at Isis and was very very friendly and reported to reception when the client did not attend and was happy to stay and wait to see if another service provider could use her service. I am a physiotherapist with the Rehab in the Home program.
I have been seeing a khmer client in Clayton South lately, and between me and the other members of the treating rehab team we have had a lot of khmer interpreters coming to help us with these home based sessions.
They were very friendly, punctual, professional and they made the process incredibly easy. Sometimes using an interpreter can feel like you are missing bits of information but I always felt like everyone understood what was going on and it was a very warm and relaxing environment for the client.
