We wish to take this opportunity to inform our staff, clients, partners, interpreters and translators on ONCALL’s approach to the COVID-19 global pandemic. Thanks to a range of remote interpreting solutions available from ONCALL such as VoiceConnect (automated telephone interpreting), FaceConnect (Video Conference Interpreting) and a range of remote conference interpreting platforms to suit the client meeting, event or conference, ONCALL is endeavouring to ensure business as usual, whilst also protecting the health, safety and wellbeing of staff, interpreters, translators and clients.

During this time, ONCALL has also been following government guidelines and advice and communicating these to our workforce as well as actively communicating and collaborating with clients and interpreters to ensure continued service delivery and support of communities who require access to critical services.
